Bespoke Custom Sintered Parts
Have a drawing? We'll take it from feasibility review through prototype sampling to certified mass production — your component, engineered and delivered to spec.
Your Part. Your Spec. Our Expertise.
Not every component fits a standard category — and that's where we come in. If you have a powder metal part that doesn't fit neatly into gears, bearings, or pulleys, we can still supply it. We work from your engineering drawings, reviewing each design for powder metallurgy manufacturability before a single piece of tooling is committed.
Our established network of qualified manufacturing partners gives us the capability to produce a wide range of custom sintered geometries — from simple structural components to complex multi-feature parts with integrated bores, flanges, and profiled surfaces. Whatever your application, we bring 20 years of powder metal engineering expertise to help get your part made right, the first time.
We manage every step — from your initial enquiry through feasibility, tooling, sampling, approval, and into full certified production supply. One partner, one point of contact, from drawing to delivery.
From Your Drawing to Delivery
A simple, transparent process — managed entirely by Wisma Technology.
Send Your Drawing
Share your engineering drawing or requirement with us. We accept 2D drawings, 3D models, or even a detailed specification sheet.
Feasibility Review
Our team reviews your design for powder metallurgy manufacturability — advising on any modifications that would improve quality, cost, or lead time — within 3–5 working days.
Prototype & Approval
We produce initial samples for your dimensional inspection and functional validation. Adjustments are made until the part meets your full approval before mass production begins.
Mass Production
Certified mass production with full dimensional verification on every batch. Delivered to your facility or held in our warehouse for scheduled release to your production line.
Standard mass production lead time: 6–8 weeks from confirmed purchase order · Prototype timelines discussed at quotation stage · Rush orders subject to capacity
Where Custom Parts Are Used
Our custom sintered parts are used wherever standard components aren't enough.
Automotive
Custom structural and functional components for motor assemblies, drive systems, and actuators where standard catalogue parts don't meet design requirements.
Household Appliances
Bespoke sintered components for appliance drives, motor housings, and transmission assemblies where unique geometries are required to meet product design constraints.
Industrial
Custom powder metal parts for actuators, reducers, pumps, and automation systems requiring specific geometries, load ratings, or material properties not available off-the-shelf.
Power Tools
Custom sintered components for compact gearboxes and drive assemblies in electric tools where space constraints and torque requirements demand bespoke engineering solutions.
