Our End-to-End Services

From your first design concept through to certified mass production and ongoing supply — we manage every step so you don't have to.

What We Do

One Partner. Every Stage.

At Wisma Technology, we believe the best component partnerships go beyond simply taking orders and shipping parts. We engage early, stay involved throughout, and take responsibility for the quality and reliability of every component we supply — from the first feasibility conversation to ongoing production.

Our end-to-end service capability means you have a single point of contact at every stage of your component supply chain. No handoffs, no gaps, no surprises. Just consistent, expert support from a team that understands powder metallurgy and precision components inside out.

Where It Starts

Design & Feasibility

Every successful component starts with the right design. We work with your engineering team from the earliest stage — reviewing drawings for powder metallurgy manufacturability, advising on geometry modifications that improve dimensional accuracy, reduce tooling cost, or enhance part performance.

Our feasibility reviews are provided within 3–5 working days and cover material selection, compaction geometry, secondary operations, and estimated cost — giving you the information you need to make confident design decisions before tooling is committed.

Before You Commit

Prototype Sampling

Before committing to full production tooling and volumes, prototype samples allow you to validate dimensional accuracy, test functional performance, and confirm that the component meets your application requirements in real conditions.

We coordinate prototype production through our manufacturing network and deliver samples with full dimensional reports for your inspection and approval. Any adjustments identified during sampling are addressed before mass production begins — saving time and cost downstream.

Mass Production

Once samples are approved, we move into certified mass production — coordinating high-volume manufacturing through our qualified partner network with full dimensional verification on every production batch.

Secondary processes including sizing, machining, heat treatment, steam treatment, and surface finishing are coordinated as part of the production flow where required — delivering a fully finished, ready-to-assemble component to your facility.

Always Ready

Warehousing

For customers with fluctuating demand or just-in-time production requirements, we offer flexible warehousing and inventory management — holding finished stock on your behalf and releasing to your schedule.

This reduces your inventory burden, protects against supply disruptions, and ensures your production line always has the components it needs when it needs them — without requiring large minimum order quantities on every call-off.

Value Add

Our partnership doesn't end at delivery. We actively look for opportunities to improve your existing components — whether that means refining geometry for better manufacturability, switching materials to reduce cost without compromising performance, or consolidating secondary processes to shorten your supply chain.

Value-add reviews are offered to all long-term customers as part of our commitment to being an engineering partner, not just a parts supplier. The goal is always the same — better components at lower cost, delivered more reliably.
